I too would be interested in getting a copy of the diet. I was diagnosed as insulin resistance a couple of years ago and as long as I watched my carbs and made sure they were good carbs I didn't have any problems. It's overwhelming at first, but managable.

I got it for Christmas, but I haven't started using it yet. Hopefully I will start since Wednesday I will being going out of town and I can use it in the hotel room.

I am dance teacher at my middle school, so I use the gym or workout with my track team. I usually do 30 minutes during my conference period or I split it up. It really sucks when I don't get it in. But right now I'm training with a coworker for a 5k in May, so that has been my motivation to get it in no matter what!

I do a variety of her DVDs. I log it as walking at a brisk pace for the length of time of the walk and it calculates the calories burned.
