Crossfit & exercise calories

Morning. Does anyone here do Crossfit? And if so, how do you add it to your exercise log?

Hello. I do xfit about 5x a week. This is what I do: I do not log any pure strength workout whatever calories I burn there are just bonus. I log the regular crossfit as calisthenics (yeah I know those 20 heavy cleans in the middle of a wod are probably more). I log metcon workouts (like full tilt about to puke 10 min or less stuff) as vigourous jumping jacks. Then I eat about 70 percent of those calories back. I dont care about being exact just the finished product. What does everyone else do?0
