I tried yoga last year for a while but my joints are very stiff so I had difficulty with many moves, and some of the leaders are not very patient!! I'd like to give it a go again when I'm more able!! :smile:

I'd certainly save some calories if you get hungry before bedtime and have a piece of fruit for example. I don't always have a night snack now as I'm not always hungry - not sure what's changed but it's good!! Add me if you like Good Luck Di :smile:

Keeping moving in any way you can will all help burn some calories. The day before yesterday I came off some medication which was slowing me down such a lot I could only manage 5-10 mins on the Wii. Today I did a low impact aerobics dvd for 50 mins - amazing. You'll get there eventually! Try some dvds for a change or…
