Yes I log every day that I can (just missed a couple) even bad days. Visualisation is a great thing - it just helps keep things in focus You'll get plenty of support & motivation from your friends every day, but they will definitely be there for you on a bad day to help you pick up again!! So just keep logging it Good Luck…

My daughter is a uni student and found walking a wonderful form of exercise for her! FREE too....
