Healthy alternatives for cream in the UK
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for alternatives to cream in savoury recipes? I'm making a stroganoff tonight to use up some meat but it requires double cream, which is high in fat I know. I thought it might be useful to learn for the future LOL Thanks :smile: Di

Just wondering how many folks out there enjoy Sacred Harp sings? I'm in the UK and it is getting very big here. In Sheffield there is a new monthly sing, as well as a couple of all day sings over the year. There are often people coming over from America for weekend sings too Just interested :smile: Di
