I found as I ate a little less more regularly, I felt fuller quicker. I can't eat big meals very much these days!

Definitely porridge or weetabix and oatibix is the oats version for anyone allergic to wheat I believe! Fruit is good too for brekky with yog! yum...

Personally I'm not bothered how old my friends are - we're all here for the same reason and can offer help to anyone else!! I'm pleased to say my friends are anywhere between 18 and 65

Hi Gabriela I think if you want to succeed enough you'l find a means to log your food. Yes it is a pain sometimes, but surely worthwhile? It wasn't till I started logging that I realised how much I ate - reasonably healthy but just too much. It has changed the way I eat! Good Luck Di :smile:
