i peel, quarter them and throw em in a freezer bag. I then put them in the blender with my protein powder and water and make a protein shake that tastes amazing!!! They end up looking brown and gross but that's ok, they are still perfectly fine to eat!!

Looks to me like your highest cases of sodium are the Lean Cuisines and the lunchmeat. I would just do some more research and shopping around for 'low sodium" versions. I typically have 2 cheat 'meals' a week. Not whole days! For instance...my bf wants to go out for breakfast, ok, then the rest of the day I eat healthy. Or Im meeting friends for shopping and lunch I make sure dinner and breakfast are good!

I use GNC ProAMp 60 Whey protein powder. ( like the chocolate) I blend it in my magic bullet with water and a frozen banana...tastes like a milk shake!!! I am going to try GNC Pro Performance 100 % Whey in Chocolate Caramel next though!!! mmmmm!

I cant see your diary to give you suggestions. I know that I have a hard time eating veggies. Dont get me wrong-i LOVE THEM. However they would bloat me terribly and make me feel awful when I ate them for lunch. So now, I eat all my veggies at dinner...so I dont really mind if I feel full or bloated and gassy lol.

Protein is ESSENTIAL for building beautiful muscles. Go over on protein if ya want! Some people cannot handle excessive protein because it gives them tummy trouble.
