I just started a new workout program 3 days ago with the Jillians DVDs 30 Day Shred & 6 Pack in 6 weeks so I hope that makes a difference but I need help!!! Any sugestions & advice will be greatly appreciated. Gracias
I'm 5.1 & curently w 139 lbs. Im 26 years old. Im suppose to be 115-120 lbs<<<<
Thanks to so many nice ppl here on MFP, I noticed I was starving myself so I up my calories intake to 1,200 but now I need help on what should I change in my diary, I know to add more water.
now this those extra cals I have to eat I don't want to eat things that get me fat.

try having stirfrys for dinner ( I would personally avoid the soy sauce though due to the huge amounts of sodium in it)
Fruits and veggies of course
Yogurt (greek or normal)
I like tuna mixed with hummus- great protein and very filling and good.0 -

Not sure if you like fish (tilapia or salmon is good), veggies & fruits obviously lol, nuts (they are kind of high in calories in case you cant seem to get all your calories in for the day and plus they have good fats in them), greek yogurt is fulfilling yum.. if you havent had any before it might take kind of sour at first but I've gotten use to it and I love it now
Especially the honey vanilla. Hope I helped some :flowerforyou:
