I use my heart rate monitor - for the 25 minutes its usually between 210 and 230 depending on how hard i push myself. My stats are 23.y.o 160lb 5'9" 62 bpm resting. so obviously if your stats are different than so will your calorie output. best way so gauge is to buy a HRM.

Thanks, I understand the whole concept and am eating back most of my exercise calories or at least making sure i eat a NET of 1300. Im only just inside the Healthy weight rate so still have body fat to lose. here are my stats 5'9" 158lb 23 y.o

Unfortunately im the opposite, its the first place i loose it and for some one that didnt have much to start with thats not good ! My goal has always been to be at my smallest weight for over a year before i go to Thailand for implants ! Congratulations though !!! Great Work !
