Thanks for the input. I did...to me eat alot today but everything was just good calories and nothing was really high. I made sure I ate a bit more after dinner just to help but there were just so many left. I don't want to eat crap (like usual) to make up the difference so I will have to leave it at that for today as yes…

Hey well I had a good week. And didn't go out this weekend to drink instead I made a running date with my dog on Sunday and we had a great day and I got to laugh at my hung over boyfriend today. HAHA. One for me! Have a great week.

I did a big run today and burned like 1300 calories and now it's like 8pm and it says I have 1000 left to eat and thats just not going to happen. Could this be why i don't loose weight? I am getting that might be the case from reading other threads?

We all have bad weeks and it's always hard to get back at it but you know how much better you will feel even after one good day...then you just build from there. You can't go back, so just start fresh!! Have a great week.

Always eat breakfast...it is always the right choice! you will loose more weight eating breakfast then not!!

Hey well that sounds the same but I cant say that I always eat or drink the best that i could. It just seems the more I go to the gym the bigger I get and it's not helping me want to go other then it's just he lunch time habbit....good thing. So I guess I am asking how really good you were at sticking to healthy eating??…

I like bannana's and lately low cal protine bars. I am always so hungry when I get home i chow on things i shouldn't and the protine bars have really stopped that. :)

I think i should join in on this one for sure :). Back to the gym next week so now drinking duing the week! I like to have some wine or a beer when I make dinner but I am willing ot givethe challage a go. Tonight is out as it is my bf's christams party..going to have some bevie's at that event. K
