What to do?

I just had my Thanksgiving feast tonight (studying in the UK at moment) and needless to say I completely blew my calorie budget. I was determined to stick to my maximum calorie intake (including my exercise calories) but it didn't go over well. I totally overeat and I now feel like crap. I hate it when I do this. I was finally on a roll - day 5 of my diet. My problem now is that I won't feel hungry when I wake up in the morning. Do I eat breakfast and start back my normal routine again? Or skip breakfast and eat when I get hungry? Usually, in the past, after a big binge, I would skip breakfast but my day would turn out with another binge because my body is confused as to when to eat again. Grr... so annoying... I need to stop overeating!

Eat breakfast! Something small at least...they say not to go more than 4-6 hours without eating something...Forget about Thanksgiving and just start fresh tomorrow!0

Start back to your routine. Don't skip breakfast.
And don't worry to much about the extra cals. today. It's one day out of the week.0 -
Thanks for your input everyone. Much appreciated. I slept horribly because I overate last night and I am totally bloated this morning and not hungry at all. But I'll take your advice and at least have a something small this morning so I don't go off the wagon again later this afternoon. I'm just glad I don't have any other big dinners coming up again soon. I hope I can have better control for Christmas!0

Grr... I just weighed myself! I know I shouldn't have... I gained 2lbs overnight! I'm hoping it's just the bloatedness or something and that I should be back to normal. I know I'll just being going hard core on that elliptical machine today!0

Hang in there. You will be fine. Just hit the gym like you planned and get back to your normal eating. I bet the scale will be back down again in a day or two. Maybe drink some extra water to flush things out. That's what I'm going to do!!0
