  • Congratulations! I know it takes dedication but it is so worth it to hear those numbers are in the normal range once again, right? Keep it up....you probably feel great now and best part is, after losing 67 you have formed lifestyle changes.
  • Dedication in changing my eating habits and making smarter choices, but hard work...no. I don't think I ever broke a sweat other than the day I visited my nephew's CrossFit gym and he nearly killed me with 54 squats by the time all was said and done. I couldn't walk for days.
