I've always been a "thicker milkshake" but the past 4 years it had gotten ridiculous. I just woke up tired of it and committed to not being 27 (I'm 24 now) looking like I'm wasting my potential. I also just want to be in excellent shape.

It seems like you're saying that intelligent and decent are the opposite of hot. This isn't true, obviously. Having a physical standard isn't wrong. It's the same thing as having a preference. I prefer hot (by my standard), muscular guys. It's my prerogative.

Look. Everything that works is illegal and everything that's legal doesn't work. The only exceptions can think of are creatine and caffeine. That's it. Maybe try hard work and determination.

After. I have a pretty good sense of how much is what at this point Plus I measure everything so I guess it's a combination of before and after. I usually measure and weigh things as I cook them and add them to MFP that way.

I eat nearly 1800 cals a day and have noticed that I find it incredibly easy to stick to unless I'm trying to get more protein or carbs in on a resistance training day. It depends on what you eat. Eating lots of fibrous foods, lean meats and good fats will make it hard for you to go over your daily caloric intake. Also…
