Since the point of a sports bra is to keep them in and from bouncing most will flatten you chest. I think victoria secret sells some that have padding and push-up, but I don't know how practical that is.

I love those "I can't do that, wait I'm doing it, YAY I did it moments." I love when I do something silly, like falling over in yoga, and I get knowing and encouraging smiles from others.

*BIG HUG* Hang in there.

First things first, can you forgive her and let the past be the past. If you have anger, hurt or resentment pent up somewhere the talk will be awkward. If your over it, by all means get together and have coffee. Explore what you still have in common and share some old memories. It will be fun.

The Descent had me freaked out for a week...of course I'm claustrophobic so just the idea of being in a cave gives me chills.

I would do the same thing. This is your wedding so if you want her there it may mean bitting the financial bullet. Try to keep things polite and friendly with mom, even though she sounds like a completely toxic type of person. It's frustrating, but it will make you happier in the long run. Good luck to you.

That is awesome! Keep up the great work!

Okay, it's a buffet, but this one is totally worth it if you have the will power to make it past the gellato. The Rio's buffet has an awesome salad bar and then a cook your own stir fry station. You pick the veggies, meat, tofu, whatever you fancy. It is AWESOME. You can buy a discount voucher at Tix4Tonight and a free…

Are you bored? If so DON'T EAT! Go clean something, read something, talk on the phone with a friend or something else you like doing. If you can't focus on the activity because you are SO hungry then eat something healthy. At least that's my advice. Good luck!

Try journaling before you eat. Explain to yourself how you are feeling, why are you are feeling that way, what you want to eat, how much you are going to eat, how will that make you feel when you are done, and then how it did make you feel when you were finished. Sounds like a lot, but it might give you perspective on your…

With small kids staying at a disney hotel might be worth it if you can find a deal. You get two hours of extra park time which helps you get ahead of the crowds, plus when they fall asleep around 2, you'll still have time to take them "Home" and back. Try to hit the popular rides early or during a parade. With small kids…

I think either your parents feeling guilty about their own weight, thus turning the negativity on you to help themselves feel better, or they are actually scarred and concerned about your health. Probably because they hear things like, "I ate a pieces of cake and now I need to starve myself." I would try to be more open…

Equal parts virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano. Great on a greek salad!

Ask about a trial period. Sometimes the only way to know if you're comfortable with the expense is to try it out.
-
Could you get away with eating half of it? How about a fourth? Maybe just bite...do the best you can.

This is a great site! You'll love it!

LOL! I had the same battle in the grocery store with the twinkie. Don't think I've had a twinkie since I was in grade school, but for some reason that little yellow lump of chemicals was oh so tempting.

Invest in a Kinect or Wii. Hey, the kids will want one someday anyways.

Yes! This past two weeks I've "gain" two pounds and lost two inches in my waist and hips. Fair trade I say.
