I would say the logo on the front. Then maybe a motivational quote on the back. Or the back of the shirt be blank. Just a thought on the color of the shirt. For working out white dosent work. I downloaded the episode on food addiction on my mom's phone. A week or so agian. I talked to her yesterday and she said next time you have a chance can you download that tips of the scale show on my phone agian or show me how to access more. Your changing a families life now.

Yea I get that as well. I can do a better job of protecting my family if need be. Also when lifting I love going beast mode and having a place to channel my rage and letting everything out.

Yea I listened to 140 last night. I keep hearing the same things. Start small and do what works for you. I love it. These have really been inspiring me and lighting the fire in me that's hard to keep going sometimes.

Awsome thanks I'm going to incorporate all of those and figure out some intervals and times for the best work out. Unfortunately a pick up game won't happen. Becouse I'm the only one in the gym area normally when I can go. Who knows maybe someone might see me messing around and want to start a game.

Thanks that push and pull looks like it will work. I know about 5x5 but I'm doing cardio more I still have a bunch of weight to loose. But i want to get into lifting so slowly at first works for me. I'm pretty sure in another 30 or 40 pounds I will switch to more lifting though.

That sounds like the cleanse that was all the rage a few years ago. I don't think there are any benifits to drinking it. Unless you like the taste when you wake up.
