All the BL videos are awesome. My favorite is the Last Chance Workout. It's about an hour long if you do all of the sections together, but you can customize it to how long you have. It's a great one!

Just about everything you eat is in MFP. They have name brands and fast food and dine in restaurants. It makes it so easy to enter what you eat. Plus you get more calories when you exercise so definitely take advantage of those calories! Good luck! You can do it!!

I have noticed this as well. The smaller you are, the harder you have to work to burn more calories. It's frustrating, but it is making me work harder during my workouts.
