  • I love that I can see exactly what i,m eating every day ( good or bad) and that if I want something extra I have to get off my butt and do some excercise if I want it - very motivational in itself!!
  • Why don't you do the walking while the weathers good. Nothing lifts my mood better than excercising outside. Then try something like the 30 day shred which is like circuit training and only takes 20 mins approx per day as well as the walking?
  • HI, I do the same. sugar snap peas and raw carrots cut up. I always try to keep some handy when I get bored. Also, I like to drink herbal tea - mint, green with lemon etc. as it helps towards your water intake and helps you to do something with your mouth!! Try to avoid the fruit ones though.

  • Hi, I always have a bowl of cut raw carrots and sugar snap peas at hand to snack on to help keep the hunger away as the fibre helps. Find your own veggies you like and try this. I also drink a lot of mint or green tea too. Good luck and keep trying.

  • Hi, I always work out at about 8pm at night ( once the kids are in bed ). Do it when you can because its better than not doing anything. It works for me!!!
