Thanks everyone! I try to walk on the treadmill at 3.2mph for at least 30 minutes a day. On top of that I try to do weights for 30 minutes and least 3 times a week. After I do the weights I try to do a minimum of 30 minutes cardio on the treadmill. I try for 3 minutes of 3.5mph then 30sec -1 minute of 5.0mph and just keep…
