Current weight is 160 my goal weight is 145 and to build muscle tone. Also I plan to exercise at least 4 times per week

Hi, I am Michele checking in from Dallas. I am a mother of two, I have P90X (which I have been neglecting) I currently workout at 24 hour fitness (elliptical, Zumba, weights) but need to get back to P90x. I am currently 156 lbs and want to lose 10lbs and tone.

I have been doing Hip Hop Cardio, Zumba & Turbo Kick (similiar to Tae Bo) at 24 hr fitness when I can't make it to the gym I use Tae bo & Jari Love videos.

I have had two meals from there (Wes' Country meal which was oven fried chicken breaded with flax seed, cauliflower mashed potatos and spinach today I had the Chicken Alfredo) both were really good and filling. That is definitley my new spot for lunch!
