Ok! I finally got-er done! 8 10 7 7 10 (9 and 3 on 1 stair) You ladies doing set 3 are rockin' them out! You all are inspirations to my measly little muscles over here! I feel like doing a few on 1 stair is better than giving up on my 9 and holding #10 in plank. :happy:

I will be doing mine sometime after dinner tonight. My abs are definitely sore from the push ups! Hoping I can do the full set....we shall see! You ladies are doing fantastic on yours! I'm a wimp, lol :wink:

Struggled with today kinda pisses me off. 6 - 8 - 6 - 6 - 7 What I did: 6 - 8 - 5 (went down for 6 held in plank could not push back up) - 5 (same thing) - 5 (did 3 additional on 1 stair = 8) I tried my hardest.

I didn't read it before he started telling me how many to do. He says you have another set of 6 so I did it and I'm like man I thought there was 2 sets of 6. Still didn't look. I did 8. Tried for number 9 and could not push myself back up, but held a nice low-ground plank pose, lol! I'm working with column 2 doing 25 push ups the first day, whew!

I like the 100 push up plan. I also like the 30/30/30. I'm down for whatever, just give me some type of challenge so I can stay motivated to stick to it! :) Bring it on!

Thank you for this! I actually have asthma that my Doc can not get under control. It sucks, I hate it. I've been on numerous controllers like Advair and Dulera (made me extremely jittery). I've lost weight and still no difference in my asthma. Mine is allergy related, but here lately it doesn't even go away with a freeze.…

I'm not trying to be negative here, but that does not sound healthy at all. With 500 calories I would starve to death. I ate the 1200 on here and still felt hungry some days. You can lose by sticking to the calorie range MFP allots you without doing a "diet" plan. This is the hard way, but big benefits in the end.

I usually wait until my HR is out of zone to stop it, which is under 124 for me. By the time I do a cool-down it's ready to be stopped. Sometimes after I run or walk I'll stretch and bring my HR down too. Hope that helps!

You normally burn about 500 extra calories nursing full time. You should take what MFP gives you and then go over that amount for nursing. Eating back exercise calories is good too. You want your milk healthy and strong! Hope that helps!
