Eat and show them your diary, that way they can see you are actually eating. I'm 30 and still have problems with people! Good luck! Do it the right way and it will get easier and be easier!

I have a fairly decent size chest and I do not wear a bra to bed, if I can get away with it I don't wear one until I get dressed to start my day. Don't think anything will help with nursing 2 babies and GRAVITY! :)

I would say to stick with 30 day shred for the full 30 days and master level 3 after you're done. Then, move onto Ripped. I've done both and feel that 30 Day Shred prepared me for Ripped since it is a tough DVD. Shred was what I started this whole journey on and when I did that the first time I thought I was going to die.…

I'm 5'2 and right now 123.4 and my goal is 120, but thinking I may drop it a bit so I have room to fluctuate up to 120. We will see! Good luck!

Are you losing? I find that I have a "splurge" day or two every other week and it helps my metabolism to kick in gear! I try not to over-do it, but enjoy myself! I would say if you are not losing at the pace you would like to cut it out, but if it's not bothering you then do what your comfortable with! Good luck!

I buy Smart Wheat bread by Wonder since it is only 100 calories for 2 slices and pretty inexpensive for me! Lots of fruit and yogurt. Personally I buy Dannon light and fit, 1/2 cup is only 55 cals. Good luck!

Week 1, Day 1, DONE! I would feel pretty awesome if I hadn't decided to have my special week start right before I ran, lol! That kinda sucks! I did try it 2 days last week and did really well and then today my body was all tense. Wednesday will be better for sure....can't wait!

I slimmed down while on it, but I don't look muscular by any means. It did tone me up though and made me ready for other workout videos that I would have never been able to do! I used 3 lb weights and I could probably switch to 5's now.

I stopped drinking soda except occasionally. I would say if you are drinking 3 a day, drop down to 2 for a week and then 1 the next until you can cut the last one out. You're body sounds like it needs more calories. I eat my exercise calories back, usually about half. You need to switch it up a bit!

I'm not on any control and I still get water retention. Your hormones do that for ya, lol! If you are seeing at the same time every month then that is probably the reason. Good luck!

I can definitely see a difference! Great job! Losing inches is a good thing even though the scale may not move. You are replacing the fluffiness with muscle, end result is smoother and smaller!

I just bought the Polar FT4 and love it (only used it 3 times, lol) I'm doing water aerobics tonight so I'm going to see what it tells me I burned! :)
