Is that only sold in the UK? Was doing a search online and only seeing it on UK sites...unless I am overlooking it on other sites.

Kraft has some Fresh Take cheese and breadcrumb mixes that you could probably use to coat the fish before baking. It is not cheesy at all. I usually put a little bit of salt and pepper on before rolling in the cheese/breadcrumb mix. Good with fish, chicken breasts, and pork chops.

One serving of egg whites, one egg, and spinach - scrambled. Served with toast or Ezekiel bread or English muffin or grits.

I don't smoke but I was having this very discussion on Tuesday with two co-workers who do. They told me it's about mindset...Does someone REALLY want to quit or does the person feel like MAYBE they should. I do know that my aunt quit cold turkey when she became a christian. If she and so many others did it, so can you. We…

I took her to her appointment with one doctor in the morning. A couple of hours later we were at another doctor and she had put on…

On your computer, select the red line to the left of the item and you can delete it there. On the phone app (android), select the item, pressing until you get the options DELETE ENTRY and MOVE TO.... Select delete entry. Good luck.

What a pronouncement! I have been on this site for 9 weeks using 1,200 calories and have lost 14 lbs. I initially set my goal to lose 2 lbs/week but this week changed it to 1 lb/week. I weigh my food and record everything. Even my doctor gave me a tip sheet for a 1,200 calorie "diet" and I think she might know a little…

I don't have a "cheat day" (hate that concept) per se because I don't want to get into the mindset that I am cheating on my healthy eating habits. What I do is if I want to eat say an ice cream bar, I allow for it in my calories for the day. If I don't have enough calories, I just go over for that day and don't stress it.…

I'm 52 but not sure about the fun and fluffy part. LOL. Old enough to be a grandmother but I don't have grand kids. I do have a 14 year old daughter who is starting high school on Monday (we start early in GA). I have about 25 lbs to lose to get to my goal weight. I am trying eat healthier and up my exercise routine…

Simply awesome!

Honey, you can do this. Be patient and continue to exercise and log your caloric intake. Do make sure you are weighing your food too. It takes burning approximately 3500 calories to lose one 1 lb of fat so work from that. Play around with your options and make the best one work for you. I KNOW that counting/watching…

Monday is my official weigh-in day simply because I started using MFP on a Monday. I weigh daily, first thing in the mornings after using the bathroom, so I can note trends and make corrections in my eating patterns, but only record officially on Mondays. Edited: I should note that Monday is my record day for MFP but I…

A pet peeve of mine too. I either correct the mistake and detail why or I create a new record. These days I mostly create my own record and add it to my database.

Good luck and welcome back. My diary is wide open and I log daily  Feel free to add me. My food choices are somewhat eclectic though, primarily because of my Jamaican background.
