Be sure to go by weight instead of sight. Don't cut your portion sizes too quickly...gradually reduce the amount you eat so your body gets used to the new portions. They eat stuff they don't enjoy in the name of losing weight which defeats the purpose because they know they won't be able to sustain…

Remember that the food posts you see on MFP are done by members and may not always be accurate. Use your food labels. Also keep in mind that the FDA allows a +/- 20% leeway in calories on package labels so even those won't be 100% correct.
