  • I freeze them and us them in green smoothies. Spinach, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt and some berries. Great for breakfast or after a run.
  • Swimming and water aerobics are great full body exercises that don't put a lot of stress on your joints. You could also try the elliptical which will let you go faster than walking, but not put too much strain on your knees. Strength training to build up muscle is also a good idea.

  • I get them at nuts.com and add them to overnight oats, yogurt, and smoothies. I also sprinkle them on scrambled eggs, roasted veggies, and salads. You can add them to pretty much anything for an extra nutritional boost!

  • I've been back and forth between blonde and dark auburn for years. When I go darker, I always do it myself, but I leave it to the professionals to take it back blonde. There's just too much room for disaster.
