you can do this and you will be happier, bec' you'll be healthier....all it takes is a plan. Never begin your day without a plan. Log everything you plan to eat and stick to it...allowing for snacks and healthy fuel. Be good to yourself, love yourself, and never give up :flowerforyou:

I have some protein ... something to fuel my body and knock out those carb cravings. lots a water, even at that time of night, and brush/floss my teeth....you can do this.

love my deli meats...so so much sodium, tho quit all the other frozen lunch selections in place of an apple and protein powder instead

and I really love my protein powder after an intense workout to keep from the fatigue ... esp with a little yogurt. W/IN 30 minutes, tho!

agree with most everyone above....less than 100 will keep you/get you where you want to be. I'm having a lot of difficulty with it at present, but I just changed my goals...really helps, like you said...keeping it in the forefront helps. keep counting ;)
