heck, you're doing fine bud I'm forever 27 AND MY FAM KNOWS IT but it's a not so bad wake up call...just don't over do it on the same person. men age uglier....IMO

same age...hope not to be the same situation, but surely on my way. need to drop 30lbs also.....so hard to realize that "not-so-heavy" older folks can suffer devastating consequences via genetics and a little not-so-good eating. wishing you well....friend me if you like

youtube has some great workouts, I esp love the authentic zumba videos. get your music going and don't stop moving til the timer goes off ... you can do this!

more protein and less bread helps me big time when it comes to cravings. I've had to cut out all juices, bec' of the sugars

Sweetie(s) when I was that young it seriously did not matter :) Your college years make you practically invincible to such considerations, or at least they should be.
