Rough day...

I don't know why I am so upset about the day. I ate more than I normally do and feel so bad about it. It's one day, shouldn't mean this much to me. I am one of those weirdos that weighs themselves multiple times a day and I haven't moved even 0.2 in two days. I guess I'm just looking for support. Does anyone else ever feel like this? I also feel like I can't really talk about this to anyone, the hubby is neutral and family doesn't care and friends disagree with my diet or always have something negative to say. I'm just so frustrated and down.

just keep remembering how well you're doing and how beautiful you are! And get rid of that scale for a while, dont let it make you crazy! If you need anyone to talk to, i'm here :]0

Ack. Try not to be so hard on yourself. Get off the scale. Weigh NO MORE than once a day if you have to weigh daily. Same time every day. Drink lots of water. Eat protein, high fiber and good fats all combined at every opportunity. Shake it off when you have a bad day. Don't try and make up for it by skipping the next meal. Exercise more often than not.
Find something else to get your mind off of this. It can easily become an obsession.
That's just my well-seasoned old lady advice.0 -
I'm one of those scale weirdos too. I weigh at least twice a day. As far as going over your calories just one day, I wouldn't worry about it. I go over on purpose one day a week and I slowly but steadily lose.0

If you CAN please stop weighing yourself. I know how that feels to fluctuate, but since weightloss often happens slower than we like we can get way to impatient with ourselves when our bodies aren't moving as fast to lose the weight as we want them too. Measurements and pictures are a better method to determine true losses of body fat IMO0

Maybe I could start weighing every other day, I feel like the number is what really gets to me. Thanks for all the support guys0

Please feel free to add me if you need someone to talk to. I think that every other day is much better way of weighing yourself. Don't let one day get you down.0
