pretty acurate for me too...we've branched off in ways that include different priorities now. I'm just so busy and my health has really taken on a more focused point in my life :wink: and I'm probably much more family-oriented than most people I know...

Awesome drop this week! Down 1 & a half pounds :bigsmile: :bigsmile: I really don't expect that it'll stay off after all the festive eats in the house, but at least I keep that smile in the back of my mind and push away from the table sooner than later.... I sometimes run two workouts back to back, so I'm more like L3/L4…

JacksMom has got it right....tremendous difference with little taste difference. You've taken a huge step recognizing the additional calories....sounds like you'll drop and easy 10% just by substituting what you drink! AMAZING....keep logging :flowerforyou:

Most definitely Fit... As a skinny teen and young adult, I often felt faint and the dang blood pressure hit me anyway (genes), but now I feel strong and young, esp after a week of great workouts! Fit all the way...

lots of internet problems, probably all the rains...we're just not used to anything but heat!!
