I feel fabulous after Day 3 L1...vacuumed the entire house afterward, of course I got in my protein right after that intense workout... Love the core :tongue:

a) Level 1 day 2 complete b) had a bit of the "I don't want to's" esp with the chill in the air, but I sucked it up and had really good workout. level 1 on day 2 was quite a workout for me....I still cannot go toe for toe cardio :sad: ... I needed my inhaler again half way in! :sick: c) I will improve my next work out…

awoke to a beautifully cool day, with the kids laughing in the kitchen....it's been a tough couple of weeks, but today is going to be an awesome day. thx for your wonderful prompt! it's all about attitude and yours is just the ticket, thx!

you have to rest that body...keep diligent in other areas and even workout where you can, but you'll put yourself in a bad way if you ignore a potentially harmful injury. walk and eat right...you don't have to stop everything. hope you feel better quick!

good Day 1 Level 1 yesterday...had to forgo the weights to get to the end! mostly focusing on form. I had to get some protein right afterward to avoid that fatique, but slept better than in the past couple of weeks! Day 2 with weights

I don't see why the same boring diet, day in and day out, can't sustain someone....how long are you looking to continue, and how about substituting in beef and/or fish. seems like an ordinary supper at my table :tongue:

I esp do not do cardio when ill, but weights is fine and I actually feel better for it. lots of protein, lots of water/fluids hope you feel better

I'm not worried one bit....of course I made certain to get the smallest turkey I could find! (it's all the left-overs that get me0 only pumpkin pie...not my fav and I may actually burn the OH *kitten* ROLLS on purpose for once, just to make certain I don't eat them!
