Make your own. Tomato sauce, worcestershire, splenda brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper. You can customize to your own liking for sweetness or spice.

Day 2 of the VLCD and down 5 pounds from my preload weight. Finally below 180 which I've been trying to do for 4 months. WooHoo!!!

I do at home body wraps. Mix distilled water, aloe, epson or sea salt, and olive oil. Heat mixture and wrap starting at the ankles with elastic bandages then cover with saran wrap. You will lose inches, and they seem to stay off for several days and your skin feels wonderful. (It's like a day at the spa)
