My stats are 5'6", started at 235, and my CW is 184.6 :) 4 pounds in five weeks is awesome!! And maybe I'll ease into the increase.

I'm wearing a size 12 pair of pants to work today. Last time this year I couldn't fit into my size 18 pants. Granted, the size 12 are a little tight around the waist, but I'm buttoned and comfortable.

My sister is getting married in October and I'm a maid of honor. My goal is to be at my goal weight by then, which is losing another 38 pounds. I want to get on it right now though, I don't want to get lazy and realize the wedding is right around the corner and I'm still overweight :) Start early!!

I just started running in the morning. I only go two days a week in the morning; the other days I go at night. It's my trial run, to ease into it. I might get up to 6 days a week going early, or just stick with two days in the morning and the rest evening. Find out what works for you.

I'm motivated by my roller derby team. We have a travel team that you have to try out for. I made the travel team this year, but I need to STAY there, which means pushing myself harder. Also, my boyfriend is a marine and deployed...I want to be 30 pounds lighter when he comes home.

The only thing I don't log are my cups of tea in the afternoon. But I don't put anything in it. I would log my honey or anything that has calories if I put in it. But then again, I even log my cough drops when I'm sick. Because if I don't hold myself accountable for everything it'll get out of control.

A year ago today I was 235 pounds, and I couldn't run for a minute straight. I had just graduated as a fresh meat on my roller derby team and got to start hitting the vets! My roommate came to me for advice for healthy eating. I don't think he'll follow it...but he's impressed with how far I've come and wanted to know how I did it! I gave someone advice on how to eat! The old me that would only ever eat McDonald's breakfasts and have Chinese takeout for dinner is shocked right now...

I do! I play for a team in the Chicagoland area. My derby name is Boobie Trap. It's the reason I started actually paying attention to my fitness and nutrition. And you can see the difference from a year ago. I love how I have two pictures of me doing the exact same thing, but smaller, more powerful, and better form!

I'm in the exact same situation as you. I'm flying out to see my marine boyfriend for Valentine's day. Trust me, your boyfriend will be so happy to see you he won't even notice if you are 10 pounds heavier or lighter. And when you come home, change your habits to drop those 10 pounds in a healthy way so they'll stay off.

personally I love anything from Hungry Girl. What I love about her meals is that they are huge portions, because the majority of the meal is veggies. It tricks your brain into thinking it's eating more, but you're just getting more veggies. I love it. My dinners are usually around 300 calories.

I'm just now 30, and halfway through my weight loss goal! the end of 2014 was my year, but 2015 is going to be 10 times what last year was! You'll be amazed at what you can do if you put your mind to it.

My go to treat is Deep Chocolate Vitatops. I love chocolate and baked goods, and this just hits the spot for only 100 calories.

I steam it with half a cup of water for 10 minutes and it gets the same texture as noodles. So I get a ton of veggies and cut out cals and carbs and still can eat noodle like food. I love it!
