Last night I was on facebook and a picture popped up of me with the caption: This was you from a year ago. With gradual weight loss, you don't really notice much of a loss. But I couldn't stop staring at that picture from last year! I've changed so much and wanted to share! I'm about halfway to goal, but I'm pretty proud of how far I've come!

    I do! I play for a team in the Chicagoland area. My derby name is Boobie Trap. It's the reason I started actually paying attention to my fitness and nutrition. And you can see the difference from a year ago. I love how I have two pictures of me doing the exact same thing, but smaller, more powerful, and better form!
