 yeah, some jumping jacks'll take care of that! You're doing great logging. The first step is getting honest about what's going on, and you're doing it.

Thank you both! I logged everything yesterday --we went to a BBQ so I had to guesstimate but I did it -- and I've now logged all of today, too. I'm a touch over today and was a couple of touches over yesterday, but definitely in a deficit.

That's awesome Judykat!
-
 thanks guys! I did log everything yesterday and hit my goals.
-
I know it's hard, but keep at it -- it's worth it.
-
I have that same problem -- everytime that I start lifting it makes me far hungrier than what I burn!
-
Tai, you and I can do this together. I am starting from 0 today

I sometimes have a one-off day where I don't drink much water. I usually assume that I forgot a few. Sounds like a good weekend all the way around!
-
Great job!
-
I did not make it to 10! I'm ready to start over though.
-
I'm ready!! Hope you're not full already

I logged everything yesterday, but it was a rough day. 1,715 over my goal oops. 8 days of logging now.
-
Awesome job, Tai! You've got this. And I love your avatar.

I agree, consistency is a Big Deal, so you're doing great -- keep it up!
-
Great job! Nice to have the validation on the scale too!

I am up for whatever, too. I like working in a small group like this.

I'm glad your migraine is better. It sounds like you are doing really well with this challenge! I don't have my diary open because I am following a supervised program that is very low calorie and low carb, two things that tend to be controversial here at MFP. I am eating lean proteins, fruits & veggies for the most part.…

@judykat7, I don't drink, but the blues rock band had us going for sure. Yesterday I logged everything and was 162 calories over. I walked a lot and danced some too. Had a great time! Today I have logged everything. At breakfast I got sausage in my cheese/mushroom omelette but I didn't say anything. We came back down to…

Hi all! Yesterday I logged everything and was only 50 Calories over my goal. Just a bit too much fat. Very pleased with that. Today we were at a BBQ competition but I kept myself under controand have done my best to log everything.
-
Thanks for the chuckle judykat7. Yesterday I logged everything and I didn't binge yay me. I was 286 over my very low goal. No exercise, not even 10K steps. I was pleased. Going to the mountains today - Sunday, so I may be scarce, but will definitely still be logging!

Isn't it funny? We are about the same age. My mom made the bread from scratch even. I was attracted to sweets from early on. I would sneak sweets whenever I could. Usually it was graham crackers, that was about the only thing there would be that was sweet. When I was allowed to have a peanut butter honey and raisin…

Low carb can cause your serotonin levels to be too low. You said that you started the Rhodiola for sleep issues. Serotonin also plays a role in regulating sleep. It'll be interesting to see what happens when you take Rhodiola out.

My mom cooked most of our meals from scratch. We ate a balanced diet of protein, veggies, starches, fruits. I didn't have candy until I was about 4 years old. We drank a lot of milk and not much soda. I got fat anyways

On Wednesday I logged everything, including a pint of ice cream. I was 1,546 over my calorie goal. Oopsie. This whole incident started last Saturday night when I was at a banquet. There was almost no protein and my meal was 2 hours late. Ever since then my food has been f'ed up. Today I am regrouping. Now that I can see…

Happy belated anniversary! Great job logging! Cilantro Lime sounds good, I'ma gonna make something like that next week (we're going away this weekend).
-
Great job on logging it all!
-
LOL at being way under! I love that you're getting honest about everything. You can't move forward until you know where you are.
-
Those are some great results, congratulations!

I eat a couple of scrambled eggs, mixed berries, and water. Breakfast is pretty light for me.
