  • Does it help if you keep walking and slow down? Do you have really good shoes? I would try to drink some electrolytes before and during my walk. When they start to hurt then stop, do some nice and easy stretches on our calves. Hope you can find something that works!!! That is such a bummer!

  • If you are adding the alcohol in then you must be on a plateau and need to bump up your cardio or re-enter your current weight and what you want to lose.
  • sarah44254 - try running so your shadow is in front of you then you can see your form or run with a friend who can give you tips if your form gets crooked. I run at least once a week with my sister-in-law and she'll say something if my form gets crooked (which it definitely does from time to time!)
