  • I'm also on week 3 and have had sore feet and a little knee pain. I tried to go bare foot but have trouble sliding across my hardwoods when in plank,lol. But i do think its better than running shoes, which were what i was wearing.

  • Was too tired to workout Wednesday so yesterday i had to do Speed1.0 which i love and cardio back to back. I kicked butt doing speed and had to follow Tonya a couple of times doing cardio but i did it. Just have to kill my Friday doubles after work too! Happy Friday! Starting week 3 Monday!!!

  • My first week of T25 was super fun, hard, and quick. Today starts week 2 and i am excited! I lost 1.2lbs, i forgot to take my starting measurements so i did that on sat. I am ready to push play when i get home. You all have been great motivation!!! Thanks and keep it up!

  • I love turbofire!! I lost my first 25lbs with that program. Its super fun! You would love it! I also have CLX. It a cool program to build yourself up to weight training. So you cant go wrong with either one.

  • So glad i found ya'll!! I started on monday and so far i LOVE IT! Yesterday i did total body and i went to the gym for my body pump class. So this after noon i'll do abs. A little scared about the 2 workouts friday but i look forward to all of them!

  • Thanks heybales! You are correct about he body pump not being like traditional weight lifting. I have never worked out for 3 hrs before so for Wed i can change it to just do pump and flow.   • Yes it kinda does. But just like a HRM it doesnt track that well for weight lifting. So i no longer wear a regular HRM just the BM all day everyday.

  • Each phase is different. But for the 2 that i have done. Burn is no more than 10 reps and Push is no more than 8 reps because you are lifting much heavier in this phase.   • Thanks Jen. I chose the 20% reduction when i did the calculation on scooby. Do i still need to subtract 10-20%? I chose moderate exercise. And yes i'm upping cals. Currently im eating 1400-1510 a day

  • Love it! I feel fab today because like everyone else the scale is not my friend. It went up last week and i havent got back on it! But this morning while i was getting dressed i could see a difference in my midsection and i am happy about that!!!
