Your best bet would be use a heart rate monitor, bodymedia, or bodybugg.

I eat a medium banana every day. 1/3 gets sliced over a peanut butter and honey thin in the morning, 1/3 goes into my protein shake and 1/3 goes in half a mountain bread wrap with more PB. It's filling, tasty and hasn't hurt my eating at all that sounds like a good way to split it up!

thanks ladies! I did it for almost 2 weeks and lost about 6lbs! But i felt really tired during that time. I may try again but only on the weekends or before i start a new workout plan.

I love it! To me it is a whole body and mind workout. My muscle are really relaxed after i'm done and i sleep like a baby!

My plan this week is to workout doing the week and rest on the weekends since i have some much going on. Mon- Lean 1 Tues- Run 3miles Wed- Lean 2 Thurs- 3miles Fri- Lean 3 I may add a little more to the lean days. happy lifting ladies!

Yes I would say it's normal. I finished the whole program and in 3 months only lost about 5 lbs. I was totally okay with that because 1) I looked smaller, more toned and better than I did before 2) I felt stronger 3) I lost fat and inches and just felt damn good about myself. Cool. i start lean phase next week too! The hybrid is a combination of two or more programs. Most peoples hybrid is turbo fire or turbo jam with chalean extreme. There are a couple of people that are adding in Insanity. You can even just add other workouts to the program. Its all about what you feel your body needs!
