Hey how is everyone doing with CLX? Im in my second week of push! So far so good,i am really pushing myself.

Hope everything is better Stephinow! Here is my workout plan for this week.. Sun abs10+ stretch 40 Mon- Push3 Tues- 3 Mile run Wed- Push 1 Thurs-Rest Fri- Push2 Sat- Fire45ez=abs10+stretch10 *hopefully fingers crossed*

I have "tired" to take a pole class. They are extremely fun but they are a true workout!!! I have a new respect for strippers. I wish i had the upper body strength. I would recommend it, i'm thinking about giving it another try.

Thats great! I'm going to try to go back to working out at 5am next week! You do feel soooo good after it! I started Push yesterday and I am lifting a lot heavier. Most of the reps i used 20 lbs! I love my selectech weights.

i agree with everyone about C25K, its great. Also find a group to run with that is what is helping me. And as far as you back side( mine use to slap me around too,lol) old navy as these dri workout clothes that keep you dry and holds everything in one place so you can run without thinking about if everyone is looking at…

Welcome! I did TF first but it is all up to you! When i first started CLX i did it by itself for the first week, then i started adding in running and some TF. See how you feel doing the workout by itself first then add on. HTH!

Welcome Jenni! I started with TF and lost most of my weight doing that (48lbs). I am hoping to lose these last 20lbs or so by building some muscle. Good luck!

Turbo Fire is a level up from Turbo Jam, its a higher intense workout. I havent done turbo jam. Chalean is good about telling you what workouts to do when so just follow the program as it is and you just be fine...adding in more strength training when you are ready! HTH

The heaviest that i'm using is 17.5. So on any given workout im using 10,12.5,15.17.5.. so yea you may need to up them!

Yesterday i did Burn 1 and HIIT 15...WHOA! My arms and legs are killing me. But i feel good. Today if the rain stops i'm going running for about 30-45mins(3miles).
