Mad that the hotel that im in didnt have a better selection of weights for me to use, but either way i did my best with the 5lbs i had. Burn 1=261 cals.

W1D5 Burn it off + recharge=502 cals. All i can say is WHOA that burn it of is BANANAS!! I have now completed my first week of CXL and cant wait to say i have completed my first 30 days. 1 week down 3 more to go!

Its week1 day 5 of Burn! This morning i did burn circuit 3 and burnt 322cals. I'm a little sacred for burn it off in the morning, i've heard it is crazy lol!

Burn interval is a cardio. You can change the program around. I wouldn't recommend doing double cardio. Either just do Zumba on your CLX cardio days or switch your CLX work so that you do strength (CLX) then Zumba on the same day ( if you have to do two workouts that given day).There is nothing wrong with doing strength…

Hey ladies! Ive been natural since June 2010!!! I normally workout 5-6days a week. I tend to do chunky twist at night, workout in the morning (sometimes,lol) take my shower get dressed then take then a loose. That gives my hair time to dry. Thats when i wear it out. If im not wearing it out i do the tuck rolls.

I was at 1200 for the first 5 months or so and i did great. Lost about 25-30lbs. but after my metabolism increased i had to increase my cals. Now I eat 1200-1600 a day and i never eat my workout cals back.
