Ok sooo... My BMR-1641 Maintenance- 1641x1.2=1970 Set my daily goal to 1970 but eat 1641 cal a day no matter if its an exercise day or not. If i burn over 641 cal i need to get them back? Thanks!

i love turbo fire. I have been doing it for about 11 weeks. i have lost weight and inches. im going to do the chalean extream with it in jan as a hybrid then go into insanity.

I think you should pick one dvd set and do the whole program first. I would start in this order #3,#4,#2,then #1. So that you work your way up to handle the harder workouts. Good luck!

no leggins. That is not a dress to wear leggings with. If you are not comfortable with the "nake" leg then wear leggings and another top, but not with that dress. that dress is to SEXY for leggings. I'm sure you will look hot! Have fun!

Yep! On Halloween my neighbors sit outside in the culdesac and pass out candy. Well i got home late and went in the house and did my workout first. Then gave them my candy, took my shower then came back out to hand out candy. Working out is part of my life now!
