Zumba_luvah Pw- 202.6 Cw- 206.4 I really don't like how my body works. If I eat 1100 calories or less, I'll lose. If I eat more than that, I gain. I was hungrier than usual so eating 1100 or less wasn't cutting it. I ate between 1500 and 1800 each day but am up almost 4 pounds.

No eating at night and the only sweet food I had all week was 2 yasso coffee pops. Saturdays are usually my off day but I'm going to give myself a calorie goal to stick to for the day.

I'm back and ready to shed some pounds this month! I weighed in at my highest weight ever on July 23rd, at 207.2. So I rejoined this group and am ready to get back to a lower weight. I weighed in this past Saturday at 205, so I'm down 2.2 so far. My SW for this month is 205 and I'll be weighing in on Saturdays
