            Hello! My name is Christine and I'm from the beautiful Pacific Northwest. My husband and I have two grown children and two dogs - Ollie and Ed (my profile pic is of Ollie, looking thrilled to be in the bathtub).
 I really enjoy going to the gym for group fitness classes as well as tagging along with my daughter on some of her workouts. My sister and I walk 5-7 miles most Saturday mornings, and have completed 16 half marathons together. I struggle much more with the diet/nutrition side of things. 
 I enjoy puzzles of all sorts, doing yardwork, and going camping. I am a newbie at kayaking but really enjoying it.
 Looking forward to joining the WNM group!

 You are welcome to start posting weights now. It won't count for October, but it will change your starting weight for November. It is entirely up to you!2

 October Week Four - Friday Weigh In
 Previous Weight: 178.6 lbs
 Current Weight: 174.6 lbs
 Loss to Date: 59.4 lbs
 Well, given that last week was rampant with the after effects of international travel AND a breakup, I'd say that this week is going significantly better. The shift to a Friday weigh-in was also a good call. I was incredibly sore and bloated on Tuesday due to a bunch of factors, so I think this will be my day from now on.5

            I just got back from aruba late last night so I never did my weight in yesterday. I will do it tomorrow morning. I know there will be a gain. I did try not to overindulge with the buffet and I had salad with lunch and dinner. I did have a lack of water, my body is so swollen and uncomfortable. I went to have blood drawn this morning and it took 5 tries and then they called me after I was home and I have to go back tomorrow because they didn't get enough. My family wonders why I hate needles. I have been trying to drink a lot of water this morning and was on the treadmill for an hour, im hoping that takes away a little water retention. I'm going to go clean out my fridge and go food shopping, I really want a protein shake.4

            I'm up a few pounds. I forgot to weigh in this morning so it's an afternoon weight after I ate. Also just got home from a week in aruba so I was not expecting a loss. I did just get home from grocery shopping, got a lot of healthy food. Hopefully I do well this week.0

 Had to really push the last couple days to make the 225K goal that I set for myself this month.
