    Diet changes, routine changes, new workouts, lots of deviation from normal this week. It's disheartening to see an increase but chugging along.

    I think I’m going to add 2 eggs every day for the b12 (my blood levels of b12 r consistently low) and choline. Also going to make 7,000 for now my daily step goal and go to the gym every other day. My weight loss has halted, need to up my game a little but to where it’s sustainable

    I’ve been getting on the scale daily and it’s crazy how much your weight will fluctuate 3 days ago I was 4lbs heavier! Definitely a reminder to me not to focus on the scale number so much but to think about what I’m doing and how it makes me feel.

    Please keep me on the support team for this month. I am still trying to keep up with my weigh-ins but don't want to count toward the team stats this month since my goal is maintaining for the month.

    Just got back from Vegas last night so with delicious foods, drinks, flying and TOM I am not surprised with this small gain. Hope to go back down for next week.

    Had a small loss this week due to being sick but hoping to keep it up. My steps this week are horrible because I was so sick. Starting to feel better. My granddaughters birthday is this weekend we are having a party on Sat it's spiderman/Minnie mouse themed. She couldn't make up her mind between her 2 favorites. I'm trying to also get ready for my trip to aruba that I didn't lose any weight for. I do order 2 tests a food sensitivity test and a food allergy test that I saw online. Some said that it worked. I'm hoping to find out what triggers a lot of my stomach issues and take things from there.

    Starting Weight: 201 lbs

    Previous Weight: 185.7 lbs

    Current Date: 14/10/2022 (Friday)
    Current Weight: 187.3lbs (up 1.6lbs)

    Lost to date: 13.7 lbs
    Days so far: 82 days

    Kind of gutted with this gain this week, I really thought I was on track, I was watching how much I consumed and kept up with all of my steps. So, I'm not really sure what happened here, maybe there's a little delay in the results, or maybe as I'm due on next week I'm all bloated, I mean I feel REALLY heavy at the moment... now it just sounds like I am making excuses... AnYwAy, I'll try again this week and hope for a better result next week 😔

    Post again on Monday with weekly steps!
