Hi Ladies, I'm due December 28th with my first and am currently 22 weeks. I need to do a better job of eating healthy and keeping the weight gain down. I still have about half way to go and have gained about 18 pounds thus far. I want to set a goal and stick with it. Feel free to add!

hello all!! I hope everyone is doing well!! So far I took 1.5 weeks and have been eating maintenance calories to give my body a break. I was having a hard time losing, so I thought this might help. I just need something to get back on lower calories. I think I am going to try to start eating at a lower cals on wednesday.
