    Completed all 7 days of the challenge!! :) Pretty happy with the 2 pound loss...but I have a feeling that I am ready for this to go faster!!! But I need to be patient!!! Good things come to those who wait...right???

    Your challenge this week is to do 30 Jumping jacks a day - this may not seem a lot to u fitties out there, but we have some people who may struggle and I want to keep it short and sweet so it doesnt feel like a chore.

    So every friday please state:

    Oct 7th: 206 challenge 1/7 It has been a very long week. I decided to take a break from working out a couple of days this week my body needed the break.

    Ok, I had a setback this week. I traveled over the weekend and had a very busy week at work. I was pretty off my plan for the whole week. Time to get back on track!

    How is everyone doing so far this week? I've been eating quite a bit but also lots of cycling and running. Obsessive peaking at the scales suggest October is going to be a good month for me!

    I have a question - was anyone on MFP last winter. Is winter harder? or easier? The cold just makes me want to stay in a snuggle up by the fire and EAT EAT EAT. I'm scared!!!
  • Well, the month is half over... I'd better kick it up a notch if I want to meet my goal weight!!! I'm excited that I just got my Garmin FR60 Heart rate monitor watch.
