Ok Berry I'm in. My aim is to fasten my jeans by the end of feb. I'm not going to post my before pic here but I'll add one to the photos on my profile. I'll be dusting off my dance hoop and aim to do 20 minutes a day.

I met my husband online 10 years ago. At the time he worked in Paris and I lived in the north of England. After chatting for 2 weeks he offered to take me to dinner, the following weekend he flew to Manchester and did just that. He commuted at weekends for the next year then found a job close to my home. We've been married…

Hi everyone, I've been here since April, did really well last year but have gained some over Christmas. I've got some great friends but others have come and gone or just given up along the way! I would love to make some new friends to give me the inspiration I need to make a fresh start!

You really can do this! I used to start a diet on a Monday and lose it by Wednesday. I've logged on to MFP every day for over 6 months. The weight loss is slower now but still steady, I never dreamed 6 months ago I would still be here. I've made some good friends and had a laugh along the way and I've learned that you can…

Good luck! With some hard work and dedication you can avoid the surgery!
-
What a lovely story! Well done
-
That's what works for me

I agree! I lost 18lbs in the first 3 months then for the last 2 months the scales have gone up and down and I've lost 5 more very slowly. But even when the scales don't show a loss my clothes do fit better, I can get into old stuff that wouldn't fasten, it is happening! Be patient, keep on doing what you are doing and it…

I simply squeeze a lemon over salad, that works for me!

Definitely one for me! I have salmon in the freezer and tomatoes in the greenhouse  Thank you!

All my MFP friends are virtual! They have been a fantastic support and encouragement with a laugh along the way too. I can't see any cons, if you add someone and don't get along just unfriend them, there's nothing to lose!

Great attitude! Well done on the no smoking so far and good luck!

With two little ones not sedentary for sure!

Thank you! I'm in. I need a new challenge I've been stuck for weeks!

Look for a supplement called spatone, it's a sachet of mineral water with iron and you simply add it to fruit juice and drink it. There are no side effects at all. If you are in the UK it's on special offer in Boots at the moment.

Here are my cats. I also have 2 dogs but today it's the cats' turn to be in my pic!

Great advice! All you need to add to that is a smile and some confidence! Have a great day :flowerforyou:

I love Facebook but there's a focus on here that you don't get there

Yes!!! It's so frustrating, weight loss has slowed right down and I feel like I'm going nowhere, but I'm not quitting :noway:
