I have a wedding to attend this afternoon, how bad do I look? I think I look awful!

honestly the outfit is a little unflattering because you have not ironed it at the mo
why not a different colour top that was a little less loose and a bit more fitted0 -

unfortunately I dont do fitted! shows up all the fat I want to keep hidden!0
-
fitted would give you a bit more shape
do you have a plain white vest top and a cardigan? or yellow
do we have any other options? We will make you look fab!0 -

what does it look like if you tuck the top into the skirt?0

i literally have nothing else! I don't do 'smart' or 'pretty' at least not at this weight!
Oh dear!0 -
I don't think you look awful! As long as you ironed/steamed the clothes, put some heels on and did your hair nicely you would be good to go! Try not to be too critical of yourself. Some heels will show your calves off and pretty hair and makeup will dress everything up. You can definitely do pretty at this weight, don't tell yourself that! Put some effort into hair and makeup and wear some confidence!0

I think if the top was tucked in in may give you a bit more shape0

Great advice! All you need to add to that is a smile and some confidence! Have a great day :flowerforyou:0 -
i think honestly, youve probably got a better figure than you think.
I dont like your outfit as it is hiding any ounce of shape youve got. I think there are ways to flatter the figure and keep the pudgy bits you want hidden, under wraps, while still being flattering to the good bits.
I think an A-line skirt like that requires a fitted top, to avoid looking tenty. A loose shirt like that would require fitted trousers for the same reason.
All in all though, if you feel more comfortable in the fact that youre hiding yourself, then thats fine, it doesnt look awful or anything, and it looks smart enough (if you iron it), but id suggest a nice trouser suit for your figure would look great0 -
thanks everyone for your efforts and encouragment.
I dont feel great wearing it at all!
I dont feel great about myself at all either.
Oh well, hopefully this experience will force me to start loosing weight even more and to keep up with the healthy eating!
I should have been more organised and gone shopping sooner (even though I only recieved an invite this week!), but I suppose I try to avoid shopping as much as possible!
Thanks again0
