Well, Friday I was down to 238, but yesterday when I weighed I was back to 241...I don't know what happened since I ate hospital food all weekend for every meal. Hopefully it's just water weight because I was really sooo excited to break the 240's.

My total weight loss goal is 100 lbs. I'd like to see 160 again...I hate to say it but I gained 100lbs in 6 years. WOW... the crazy thing about it all is that the BMI calculator shows my "healthy' range at 130-140. I haven't seen that since I was a freshman in high school.

Thanks everyone for the advice! Since I am currently losing between 1-2 pounds per week I think I'll just keep doing what I've been doing and be happy that I am seeing results! :happy: I'll get there one day!

I keep leaning that was as well. I'm 5' 7" and currently weigh 244. I started out at 260 a few months ago. However, since I started using MFP I've been losing between 1-2 pounds per week. I just keep thinking that it's so close to breaking a milistone that maybe if I pushed myself more physically I could achieve it.

You are probably gaining muscle that will help you burn more fat in the long run. Keep up the good work. You might start taking your body measurements so you can see the inches coming off. It's most likely water weight. Your body can fluctuate up to five pounds in water weight alone. I would suggest waiting longer between weigh ins. Good luck! : )

Wow...the results here are inspirational! I just started P90X last week, and was only able to complete about half of each workout. I'll get there, but I've got a long road ahead of me! How are you tracking calories burned?
