I've already joined a 5lb challenge, but i said I was going for 5kg instead!
So here it is...10lbs in May. Let's GO!!!!
SW - 88kg / 194lbs
9/5 - 87.4kg / 192.7lbs
16/5 - 87kg / 191.8lbs
23/5 -
30/5 -
Final Weight 31/5 = 83kg / 184lb?!!!!
Hmmm.... better get my *kitten* into gear if i'm gonna make 10lbs this month!!!

After last week's surprise weight gain I am ack on track. Indeed it seems I have added some muscles. Since losing fat is my real goal I adjusted my diet and excercises. No more capucchino milk shake in the morning (except on weekends) and I reduced the level of the elliptical trainer from 8 to 4 to train at around 120 heart rate. It paid off. Now I am down 5 pounds for this month and I will keep on working hard to lose the remaining 5 ;-)0

Start weight for the challenge = 183.3.... today's official weigh in = 178.0. = 5.3 lost so far... so 8 won't make 10 but I'm happy with the progress. :-)0

Im in. As of today, my weight is 250.

Starting weight was 194 I am down to 188.8. that's a total of 5.2 pounds. I fell off track this last week thanks to female hormones and that not so fun week every month. Not sure if I can get 4.8 more pounds in the next 9 or so days but I am back on track so time will tell.0

I reached the 10 lb goal today. It has been a lot of hard work but it sure has paid off. I plan to keep the pressure on my self to lose 2 or 3 more before the 31th.
It is never to late to get motivated to lose weight. So just join in and work with us. We are all excited to receive post of encouragement from time to time.
We are only 7 days from the end of May so just adjust your goal. Make your goals something that will strech you but that is attainable.
Look forward to hearing from everyone soon.

BroDave: Well done! I will probably not make 10lb but 8 or 9, so I'm not going to beet myself up too much. Might just aim for 11 off in June to balence out!

I only lost 8 lbs net but I feel my body shape has improved quite a bit and I fit into lots more suits than before. I am happy it was a great challenge. Thanks everyone.0
