This is me!! I have been fluctuating up and down the same 5 lbs for two months now and it is really getting discouraging! BUT, last night, I went shopping and fit in a size smaller jean! I vowed this morning to myself to only weigh once a month now. It's not worth the grief!

I understand binge eating. If i eat one m&m(or chips, or donuts etc, etc), i'm going to probably eat the whole bag, and won't feel satisfied until I feel sick. The ONLY thing i have found that works for ME is to cut out processed foods and sugar. Whenever I do that, I don't even think about binge eating. Not really sure…

Definately! I sometimes wonder if my fiance has made the connection between the days that i'm eating clean and exercising are the nights I initiate sex and the days i'm doing awful are the nights i want to just go straight to bed lol.

I am guilty of this too. I am really trying to re-train myself to NOT reward myself with food for any reason. But unfortunately, food is the one thing i look forward to getting.

EVERY night I set my alarm to wake up at 5am to excercise, and EVERY morning I hit the snooze and sleep as late as possible!! I feel better when I get up and exercise in the morning but it's hard for me to go to bed early since I don't get home till after 6pm. Needless to say, lots of nights, i'm exercising at 10pm lol.

woohoo! i know that feeling. have a pair of pants that usually are tight when i put them on and the other day they were loose!! it's those moments that keep us going!!

I love the walk at home DVD's. Especially with the heat it makes it so much easier not to have an extra excuse not to go walk and I sweat so much more so I KNOW its a better workout than just walking the miles regularly.

Green tea hits me differently sometimes too. I can drink it for awhile with no problems, but then one day out of the blue it will make me sick(like throwing up sick). I've been drinking it cold as a sub for ice tea with no sugar but today it tastes weird for some reason. I thought it was just me who had this reaction.

I agree, go with the weight lost from your scales at home. All scales are slightly different and your weight fluctuates at different times of the day.
