  • was your grandmother from Greece? I often do balsamic vinegar & o.o. instead of store bought (delicious) Greek dressing. Rinse off my olives also to cut sodium. This is too quiet. Sad.

  • I am in Cornelius. Moved here from England, UK 4 yrs. Ago. Loved it there and love it here!! Especially love unique soup, and appetizer recipes. Also enjoy international recipes, Am on Mediterranean diet/Dash for LDL and BP. Any good recipes with those types diets in mind greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kat
  • I've had shirataki noodles also. They, as other contributor said, need to be rinsed and dried. Not only good w/sauce, but good in soups!
  • I love Greek foods!! Have a Greek salad every night with romaine lettuce, Kalamata olives *(or black) tomatoes, cucs,, onions or scallions and of course Feta cheese. Any good recipes?

  • My tortilla/wrap consists of in order: Tortilla, hummus as spread, spinach, thinly sliced tomatoes and cuss, rinsed jar 4 bean salad, cheese if desired and balsamic vinegar on top. I micro mine.
